Common questions

  • My estimate expired. Estimates are valid for the period shown on them. Open the app and ask the advisor to refresh it — your appliances are remembered.
  • I paid but the app still shows pending. Payments can take a moment to confirm. If it does not resolve within a few minutes, email us with your payment reference — no money is lost; every payment is verified with Paystack.
  • Delivery. After a confirmed order our team contacts you to arrange delivery and (if requested) connect a verified installer.
  • Delete my account. In the app: Profile → Delete account and data. Or email us and we will do it for you.
